I’ve spent 15+ years leading content design at Airbnb and SurveyMonkey, where I built and scaled teams, embedded content strategy into product development, and designed experiences that empower millions of people to take action.

Most recently at SurveyMonkey, I led 20 people across 3 teams: Content Design, Design Operations, and Experience Foundations (platform UX and design system).

During the next chapter of my career, I’m excited to shape how content design evolves in the AI era—exploring how we can thoughtfully integrate AI tools to create better content experiences.
